Organon: Through Her Eyes

What does it take to create a healthier future for women? Beyond medicine and data, it starts with a shift in perspective—seeing her needs, her challenges, and her potential through every stage of life. Organon (a subsidiary of Merck) came to us because they wanted to make a clear statement—every woman deserves quality care, and the commitment to improving women’s health must last a lifetime. For too long, incomplete science, outdated data, and social factors have worked against efforts to provide women with research-backed, effective healthcare.

We sought to tell the story of how a healthier future for women begins today—how her dreams, her hopes, and her opportunities are all impacted by a lifetime of appropriate and effective care.

With a women-majority creative team and an all-women production crew, we crafted a 90 second spot that brings this message to life. The piece juxtaposes a mother and daughter watching the clouds, and uses a poetic flash forward construction to show moments in her future that illustrate the lifelong impact of accessible, personalized healthcare for women. To authentically represent diverse experiences, the film features women voicing "I see" in multiple languages, underscoring the cultural and regional factors affecting women's access to healthcare. This approach not only highlights the universal challenges women face but also celebrates their resilience across different backgrounds.

The spot debuted on Organon’s global social channels to significant praise, tens of thousands of organic impressions and and established themselves as a powerful contender in the fight for better healthcare access.
