CVS Health: Connections
How do you show the human impact of two massive companies coming together? In the wake of CVS Health’s acquisition of Aetna, the newly combined organization set out to articulate a clear, inspiring vision for the future: seamless, tech-enabled healthcare that’s local, connected, and deeply human. Our task was to bring that vision to life in a way that felt grounded, emotional, and real.
We developed a narrative film centered around three characters whose lives intersect in subtle, meaningful ways—each experiencing the benefits of a more connected health system. A family managing care for their children, a young woman navigating a chronic condition, and a care team finding a path to reconnect with a disconnected patient . Their stories overlap briefly, illustrating how the CVS Health and Aetna integration supports next-generation health experiences built on smart technology, thoughtful service, and real human touchpoints.
The film weaves these stories together with warmth and restraint—avoiding heavy exposition in favor of a more cinematic, character-driven approach. The result is a portrait of care that feels both aspirational and intimate, showing that when health systems work together, people feel the difference.
