Xfinity: 10G Comms Campaign
How do you get tens of thousands of employees excited about next-gen network infrastructure? As Xfinity prepared to launch its next-generation 10G Network campaign, internal teams across marketing, product, and customer experience needed a clear, compelling way to understand what the network actually meant for consumers—and how to talk about it. We were brought in to create a suite of internal communication tools to help drive alignment, excitement, and clarity around the launch.
At the heart of the effort was 10G Tonight—a playful faux talk show that introduced the 10G story in a tone that was both informative and entertaining. Hosted by a charismatic anchor, the show set the stage for the campaign and framed the conversation around real consumer benefits: reliability, low latency, faster speeds, and more capacity.
Supporting the show were four comedic vignettes that brought those benefits to life in everyday scenarios. Two friends face off in a game-night one-upmanship fueled by glitch-free streaming. Two dads livestream a dance recital with zero buffering. A mom and dad wait during school pickup as a storm brews, reassured by their rock-solid connection. And in a neighborhood watch party gone viral, word of flawless streaming spreads fast—bringing the whole block together.
In addition to the video series, we developed a suite of support materials including one-sheets, toolkits, and communication decks to make sure teams across the organization could speak confidently and consistently about the promise of 10G.
The result was a clear, engaging, and human-centered way to unify internal stakeholders—and build momentum for one of the brand’s biggest infrastructure stories to date.
